Some weeks are simply unforgettable. Our time with Koenigsegg during Monterey Car Week 2025 was one of them.
With a Racemore motion simulator in the garden, guests got behind the wheel of spectacular GT cars and experienced the thrill of rallying through the fast, flowing gravel roads of the Finnish forests. Two completely different driving experiences — one incredible machine.
Koenigsegg test driver Markus Lundh showed just how at home he is in the simulator, putting in some seriously impressive laps. And automotive personality Alex Choi proved he had plenty of pace of his own, flying through the Finnish rally stages.
But this week was about so much more than horsepower and lap times. The garden was filled with extraordinary Koenigseggs and an incredible collection of bespoke builds and special cars stopping by throughout the week. Everywhere you looked, there was something worth admiring — and someone worth talking to.
Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted clothing from Martin Key, exceptional Champagne from Hatt et Söner, and outstanding meals prepared by the chefs. All set against the relaxed elegance and unforgettable atmosphere of Monterey.
